As an internationally recognized speaker, author, and educator, Scott possesses a unique ability to motivate and inspire both adults and children through his unique blend of humor, sincerity and honesty. Being raised in a single parent household for most of his childhood, adult guidance was not always available. In a quest for attention and recognition, Scott easily could have taken the wrong path. Instead, he sought out people with positive demeanors and developed a "No Excuses" attitude toward life. Faced with many challenges, Scott was able to realize who he was at an early age. Now, through every presentation he delivers, he shares his story of how he learned to understand himself and be the best person possible. His innermost values revolve around having a deep sense of (1) respect - for yourself and others, being (2) responsible and (3) realizing who you are through self awareness. He believes that these are the most important traits a person can possess, and that they can be the key to success. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and an MBA in Speech Communication from Texas State University. When he is not consulting or presenting, Scott makes plenty of time for his family and friends. Additionally, Scott enjoys traveling whenever time permits, so he can keep the learning process in constant motion.
